Delivery & Returns


Please be aware we only accept orders from the UK

At Chilli and Olive, we only offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 as our shipping option.

This service costs £3.99 and takes 1-3 business days to deliver.

Shipping is free of charge for orders over £40, and we only accept orders from customers in the UK.



If you are not available to collect your parcel, a card will be left through your door, informing you that your parcel has been sent to your local Post Office for collection.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the order date, please contact us at

Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues in the delivery of your parcel due to an incomplete or inaccurate address.

If the Royal Mail tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered, you will need to contact Royal Mail to obtain a reference number before we can look into organising a replacement.

Please note that if your order has been delivered with photographic evidence on the tracking and you are unable to locate your order, we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Please contact Royal Mail for enquiries regarding missing orders.

At Chilli and Olive, we aim to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your products.


However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note that we only accept returns of products that are in perfect condition, free from pet hair, and in their original packaging.


Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we receive your products, and it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.


If the item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence, and we will cover the return postage cost. However, if you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.


We cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.


You will be required to pay for the return postage unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
